oil changes and more I have been to many of the chain oil change places and I never gotten away with just an oil change. They always tell me that I need more and when I try to tell them that I don't want it, they use "scare tactics" to get me to buy. This place will give you just an oil change if you want.
nothing unneccesary This place will get you in and out without costing you a furtune. They will change the oil and check the rest of the things that "the other places" do, but they don't try to "upsell" you on things you don't need. This is the only place I go to get my oil changed even though it is not the closest to my house. They have flushed my transmission and my cooling system.
Price for an synthetic oil change with me providing the filter was $39.99 in August. Service was excellent. Went back a week ago (Nov 23) & it was $71.99. $32 is quite a difference. Again, I provided the $10 filter. They provided a $3 discount for the filter. Price was quoted prior to the service previously, not this time. Prices are not posted either. Service was horrible.
BEST PLACE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE ANYWHERE – The Oil Works is simply awesome. The guy that works there (I'm sad that I don't remember his name) does a thorough job in a short amount of time. I have been to this place 3 times and each time has taken me no more than 10 minutes. There are a lot of cars in the parking lot because they offer other car services, but I've never had to wait in line.
