UNTRUSTWORTHY!! Oil Exchange didn't tighten the lug nuts on the tires, so I lost one. Dangerous, and they charged me a lot of money to fix it. We decided to give them a second chance. My husband took it in for oil changes on both vans. Soon after, our Kia had oil pressure issues. It wouldn't accelerate correctly. Took it back to Oil Exchange.
