I don't know what the last reviewers problem was... I had a very good experience here. Unlike any other place I have been to in Worcester, these guys were honest and knew what they were doing. They showed me samples and the condition of every fluid on my car. They told me everything they did and made some recommendations based on my cars mileage...no pressure to buy anything.
