Really screwed me over. Had him do the engineering for my addition, he took about three times longer than he said it would. When the building dept said they needed some corrections from him I called him to let him know. He said he should have it out in a week, this was in February. When I called him a month later because it hadn't been done yet he told me it was his busy season now... When I still didn't have it by mid summer I filed a complaint with BBB.
