I can’t say enough good things about OIC Counseling. The clinicians are skilled, compassionate, and truly invested in their clients' well-being. I’ve had friends go there and have referred clients, all of whom have had positive experiences and received high-quality care. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and creates a welcoming, supportive environment. The owner clearly values both the clients and the clinicians, fostering a practice that prioritizes ethical, effective, and person-centered therapy. Highly recommend!
You are just a number, that’s all to them. I accidentally entered the wrong date into my phone for an appointment and then I noticed a $90 charge on my CC. When I called and said that my appointment was this week, they said it was last week. When I arrived at the appointment, I mentioned it to them and they said, nothing we can do, it all done by computer. Spoke to Terry the office mgr and she said the same thing. Poor customer service. No Integrity! Never go there again
Not very helpful overall. When my daughter told counselor of a practitioner we didn’t have a good experience with she was asked my child what color skin the practitioner had. (What!?). Counselor went on maternity leave and was to reach out when she came back. She never bothered to and I wasn’t sending my daughter back anyway. She seemed nice but my child really got nothing out of her time there.
My kids and myself all see Christine and love her! The office is very professional and I do and have recommended oic to friends and family
