Yes it was a long wait and yes it was worth it. Dr. Clifford Lin and his team have been stellar as far as I'm concerned. I had my 3 month follow up today for very extensive spine surgery, approximately 20 hours over 2 days, a week in ICU followed by 3 weeks in rehab... its been about a year and a half now since my first appointment, I have felt well informed and well cared for by every staff member I've been in contact with from the beginning to today. I have been waiting for over three months for an appointment. It turns out they had closed my consult erroneously and I would never have known had I not called over and over. Without so much as an apology, I was put back on ice until they could begin the process of reviewing my referral. I just called and was told the same thing I had been told before: there was information missing and a request was sent to the referring provider. Absolutely disappointing service. You have to wait months between appointments just to speak about next steps. No sense of urgency. They will not send you anywhere for pain management while they are making you wait. Each time you go to the office they have forgotten your case. Wasted over a year at this office with NO treatment. Moved my care to legacy because the lack of care for the patient is bordering on negligible.
James Wright the 3rd did brain surgery that was against my will when I said no. No post care, falsified medical records. Beware Zero 🌟 I forgive you
