The people who answer are very rude and not helpful. Had a referral for urgent care, when I called they told me rudely that its in the system and will take a few more weeks for review. And then for a appointment would be 6-8 weeks out. Apparently this clinic doesn't care about patients with a urgent refferal, they would rather push people out for months that have not feeling in legs from rupture disk. Very poor service.

I just called to schedule an appointment . The person who answered my call was very rude, dismissive and condescending. The whole conversation was very uncomfortable. My doctor referred me here for an urgent visit and she said she can’t do anything about it right now. They will review my referral in 4-6 weeks and will then give me a call to schedule an appointment . I explained that I’m in a pain and would like to see a doctor sooner. She said you should go to ER then, with a very bad tone!

Dr Bates and Staff were courteous and kind throughout my exam and the entirety of the process. They made me feel comfortable during my time of need even though I was in extreme pain. They explained everything in manner that was easy to understand. If feel very comfortable saying if you need care for your spine they are definitely the place to go if you need care. Thank you for giving such great care in my time of need and continuing care. Edit: Yes it takes a while to get into them but you can not rush stellar care.

Yes it was a long wait and yes it was worth it. Dr. Clifford Lin and his team have been stellar as far as I'm concerned. I had my 3 month follow up today for very extensive spine surgery, approximately 20 hours over 2 days, a week in ICU followed by 3 weeks in rehab... its been about a year and a half now since my first appointment, I have felt well informed and well cared for by every staff member I've been in contact with from the beginning to today. The surgeries were absolutely successful and while I'm still on the mend ... read more
