When did it become acceptable for doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to bully, mistreat, blame, and threaten disabled patients and family? The new "care" is uncaring.

Absolutely gross attitudes. I called to try and establish a PCP and the guy for registration was absolutely rude to me. I told him that i was transferred to them to see if I have the right insurance to be covered by them because I was told I do by my insurance. He said no I had let him know that maybe the insurance company was confused he said to me “I don’t know I wasn’t apart of that conversation what I’m telling you is you’re not covered” absolutely dodged a bullet here that’s despicable behavior get a career change if yo... read more
Since it’s medical I’m not sharing details, but this was over a 6 year span, where I kept trying to be considerate of their staffing issues and other variables.
I think most of these reviews are from first time patients awed at the building itself. After being told today that I had an appointment at 11;45 and then seeing it was actually for 11:05, and the doctor not able to see me, I have to say My care here has gotten progressively worse over the years, as a disabled person it’s extremely hellish to navigate communication and is made a nightmare by the near mandatory usage of the extremely hard to use MyChart, or playing phone tag.
