I called because my insurance cared stated this is who to call for urgent care. No answer. I drive over to them, and was told no urgent care available. Please call this number for an appointment somewhere else. What I need is care right now. Why are you giving me run-around and suggesting appointment-only locations? I am a new patient at this OSHU clinic. The few times I was there in person I was rushed, and couldn't complete my concerns. Even my yearly physical was incomplete. Granted I do have a few Orthopedic concerns. I never felt rushed by my previous provider. Dr. Unterseyer was a disappointment to me unfortunatley.
Our entire family sees providers at this practice and have had nothing but good experiences. My husband takes medication that requires monthly refills and the office is very prompt in responding to the pharmacy's requests for refill authorization. My children had their flu shots there recently, the provider that administered their shots was kind, patient and compassionate to my children (including one who has autism).
