I have found an incredible doctor here, and the staff have been incredible, except for Suzanne a receptionist who told me that the appointment I requested “would be a waste of time”. I am currently pregnant, with a medical condition that requires monitoring and I’ve never had such terrible service. She snarkily told me that my Dr wouldn’t be available for over two months anyway, as I fought back tears. Had to Schedule an Appointment a year in advance for new patient whatever but needed to reschedule to make it earlier in the day a month before. They told me we don’t have any doctors or any times so all you can do is cancel it. I asked nothing in the upcoming weeks since I obvi don’t care how far out and he just said No. Cancelled and hung up. No wonder this place has failed and let so many people to die. They deserve all the lawsuits
