This building 🏫 is fantastic. Doctors clinic we go to is on the 3rd floor. Experts in all specialties are available. Very thorough, quick exams, intense explanations, labs ✅ done. Full service testing with great co-ordination between departments. Minimal wait time. On site Rx available on 1st floor. Free parking garage. Careful!! Very busy with 5 mph limit.

Terrible customer care, and also appointment late policy is no sense. Also, we still haven't received the policy regarding the being late to your appt,we asked for it to be sent to my chart or to be printed for us but they couldn't find it! They made their own rule, which if it's a rule, it should be written down somewhere! All the worst about the care I received from MD Ellen Einspahr. Good thing I found another PCP right away. Excellent care. Free parking. My PCP works here and she takes excellent care of me. Lab on the same floor. Across from the Hospital.
