In Oct. '23 I had a fluky right knee issue occur just as I was heading to bed, which immediately caused significant instability, but not pain [then]. This would fester over days and ultimately had ZoOmcare inaccurately diagnose it as a mild sprain. After jumping through months of PT hoops, I was finally able to get an MRI @OHSU in Mar. Their website says no referral required. If you try to book an appointment, that is clearly a lie because they required you to go get imaging done elsewhere before booking an appointment so that it is more efficient for them, while making it extremely INEFFICENT for the patient. Why in the world would I get imaging done elsewhere when you guys do it too? Guess I'll just get care elsewhere too.

Thinking that was part of the issue, an "advocate" was hired for me, in the hopes things would finally progress. Not so. Every time she calls to find out what the hold up is (that's how I see it), she calls to find out what they need, then waits to be calle... read more
