I’m not going to put anyone on blast but, ALLIE (Allison, the actual Allie is great). Worst nurse so far! She nicely asked my sister to stop screaming because, she’s in agony. Oh really? Allie, give her something to control her pain. We have been here 12 days and everything was okay the last 3 days (she was getting better). We should not have to educate these people about her underlying diagnosis’s. We feel like crazy people having to explain what MCAS, POTS, and EDS is and how it should be treated. Shelby in ICU barley gave herself a break and was almost forced to go to lunch. The education, support and care was out of this world!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!
RecommendedI volunteer here and could not find a better thing to do. The staff, parents and children are grateful when I show up with my dog as a therapy dog team. It’s as good as it can possibly be!
