I get great care here and all the OHSU clinics at which I have been a patient. The Dr. takes time with me to discuss my concerns, issue, problems and we devise a plan or solution to address these.
From what I have experienced, patient customer service is terrible. Not only at this location but throughout OHSU. I dread scheduling appointments because the reps on the phone are almost always rude and condescending. Once I complete my testing I will no longer be an OHSU patient because of this experience.
Absolute worst program at ohsu. I thought I would be in good hands there and 4 months later after wearing a heart monitor and being on afib I can't get a response on my status on my monitor to know if my heart is ok or not. Worst thing to happen to ohsu. If i could cuss on here I would say worse things. They don't care about your health. Only a check. Shame on you ohsu!!!
