About billing department. I had an issue with bill I received. OHSU kept on sending me wrong balance to pay. One of exam was double charged. I had to call a billing department and explained. My Husband and I delivered our baby here after a strike at UCSF forced us to find a new place to be induced. The care was PHENOMENAL here. Everyone was so kind and professional, I feel lucky to have been able to deliver here. The staff has your best interest at heart.
Doctors ,Nurses and CNA’s went above and beyond to make sure we had the best care. During this very scary period in our lives you gave us much comfort . Thank you!!!!!!
If I could give a 0 star rating I would, if you want to stay healthy stay away from OHSU. Literally, go anywhere else.
Horrendous. Staff continually lies to us about being with our daughter before her surgery, then instead of working things out with us they sent out a drill Sargent to kick me off the entire floor saying I can’t even be in the waiting area. The Doernbecher day surgery floor manager is an absolute power hungry egomaniac! Never, ever let your child into this part of Doernbechers. So now while my daughter is having surgery I have no way of even knowing what’s going on. They blame it on COVID but that is a convenient excuse becau... read more
