Beste experience I've had. Friendly, informative and patient. The hand ortho Dr consult, hand therapist and every person who assisted, about 7 people from directions to check in on my visit treated me like a person and listened. They were friendly about any follow up needs, questions and patient. They made me happy to revisit them or their ER for myself or others. Called today to schedule an appointment and was told I have to wait a week for a callback for them to decide when they can even schedule me in for an appointment. I now have to walk around with a dislocating knee for a week, and still go to work everyday. P.S. this is the same Portland Adventist that did the $25,000 surgery on my knee. Might need to pursue legal action soon.
I had better service in India. Like it takes 1 lost X-ray, one delivery of X-rays personally. Now 3 weeks in needing a new X-rays. Looking forward to them breaking my bones due to doctor and staff failure. Blaming the pain on me or the usual excuse. No appointments for new X-rays so I have to show up even more early. By 2 hours. Guess I am dealing with cable guy hours.
All of the staff was very kind courteous and caring except one and the rest of the staff made up for that. The doctor has been amazing
