i came here with my head split open bleeding. i was in a car accident and the closest place for the cop to drop me off was this. I get dropped off and they tell me they can’t help me because i didn’t have a claim number for my motor vehicle accident. i tried to explain that it just happened and i desperately needed help. there was snow and i was alone so i had no way to go to another urgent care/hosptial. the staff was not accommodating or nice in anyway. it took me coming back inside demanding an answer for them being a nur... read more
I've been apart of the ohsu network for 13 years and it seems to have gone downhill. Every time I come to this urgent care I never get any answers to my symptoms. I never get any testing done to rule anything out. I feel disregarded. What's the point of them being paid if they don't help ? They only want you to be there for 10 min to check your vitals, then send you out the door. If you aren't dying right then & there, they basically have nothing to offer you. A waste of time, education & tax payer money.
