for the last 7 or 8 years I've been dealing with extreme back pain and nothing has been done . they recommended me to physical therapy prior to covid lockdown . but I knew that wasn't the answer is it cuz I'm low income nothing gets done

The people treat you individually with respect and literally do what they can to help you in the best ways they can offer. In my experience, I have had a baby at their main hospital and it was a fantastic experience. I then followed up with the PCPs at Richmond Clinic and also use their well designed pharmacy as well. All and all they are great people doing a great job and I have already recommended these places to several people.
Appointment at 11:20am, I have 2 little kids with me, the only person who saw me was the M.A, and by 12pm I left. No dr saw me , no one came and said if they dr was running late. NOTHING! They only thing I heard before I left was someone asking if the dr needed anything for “the lady in that room” and the dr said “Nope, I don’t need anything for her.” Don’t know if they were talking about me or not but, I just left and when I opened the door, no one was in that hall I was in.
