Dr. Darrel is the best.
In true OHSU fashion they canceled a visit I had made 7 months prior the day before I was going in and had no recourse for me other than scheduling something else months in advance. Pathetic
Check in staff and doctors were very friendly
Terrible. The staff do not partake in any due diligence and there is 0 communication between departments. Do not go here. Find somewhere else for a primary care doctor.
When a person is in pain trying to get an appt to get checked out; you should make sure your booking staff doesn't laugh when they are telling someone that it is going to be 8 months before they can be seen. It's not very funny to the person in pain. If this is how the interactions start with people at the bottom I can only imagine how it is with people at the top. Culture trickles down.
