Staff here is arrogant and makes me feel very uncomfortable
It's pretty much just a scam. I Was charged $500 for a 20 minute generic follow up appointment in which almost nothing of consequence was discussed with the doctor in the 10 minutes I spoke with him. They applied a "Complex visit" charge as well as $15 charge for the pleasure of marking that I was not infact suicidal on a clipboard.
The doctor is great, and the nurse is good too. Getting an appointment is the worst part. Try to communicate directly with your doctor, through MyChart is becoming worse. You wouldn’t think other people can see your messages, but they do—often before your doctor—and they make assumptions without knowing anything about the situation. Where is the privacy between doctors and patients?
