This to express my deep frustration with the experience I’ve had trying to schedule a new patient appointment. My appointment has now been canceled twice due to provider "personal issues," and I’ve been told there are no alternative providers available because I’m a new patient. The front desk staff have also been dismissive and unsympathetic, which only adds to the frustration. OMG who is DO. Connor Farrell this guy has now cost me $2000 out of pocket. He got my family and myself in a panic because he said if I didn’t go to the ER I wouldn’t walk again. Well he was wrong I just had a damaged ligament in my back. Cost my insurance 15k. I don’t have this kind of money. I’ll be writing the medical board. Who is more than likely corrupt if they side with him. 30 years going here and I will not return unless he’s fired. What a joke 10 hours at the ER. Who’s running this place. Yea I am fing angry. Been a patient here for more than 20 yrs and my husband has had a primary provider here for 5 yrs. Receptionists, and telephone appt personnel, are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. My providers, initially a Nurse Practioner who retired was outstanding, kind and competent. My current provider is an MD who is understanding, compassionate and exceptional. Walk -in appts are not available, but an urgent care appt can be made within a couple of days. All the providers my husband and I have had experience with are top notch. ... read more
