I have never been so impressed with the time and personal one on one the physicians gave my grand daughter on her first visit. Very thorough, caring and thoughtful. Definitely recommend.

I have repeatedly had frustrating experiences at OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital due to persistent communication barriers and poor service. On multiple visits with my daughter, we were assisted by staff who were unable to communicate effectively in English (DEI at work). This resulted in repeated misunderstandings, having to restate basic information multiple times, and unnecessary delays in care. I switched from a doctor we loved at Orenco to here when we moved. I like my child’s pediatrician but if he is sick or there is a day of appt we never see them. They also reduced their work hours and are no longer accepting patients after about 3pm, requiring us to take off of work to go there. Today my child is home from school not feeling well and they have one appt available. I like to use OHSU and the clinic so they get to know my child and their needs. I went to take my daughter there and they refused care for her she was very sick and had to go to urgent care. Even though that was her primary care physician from the day she was born. They seemed to not care besides saying they couldn't help out and i had to go elsewhere. Even spoke with the office manager and Kristina. They gave me the office managers Business card..

Been consistently going here for 10 years for three kids. Dr Chang was awesome as is most of the staff. They're good at adapting to our needs, helping through sickness, being patient with the kids, answering all our questions. We're so thankful and love it. That is, until recently. We pulled the kids out of school, drove 25 mins to get their flu shots, like we do every year.
