Had an appointment here with my Surgeon. The doc appointment was pretty average as expected. Then a little later I had Liver Cancer surgery at the Hospital itself. Worst Hospital experience I've ever had. You share a room with another patient (My roommate was cool, but imagine not getting along). I made an appointment for a consult 7 MONTHS in advance, and they called me 10 days beforehand saying they needed to cancel and reschedule. I made the fatal error of not picking up the phone when they called. When I called back, I waited on hold for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They put me back on hold for another 5 and then told me a scheduler would need to call me back. Why are people who can’t schedule appointments answering the phones?! Extremely disappointed in how difficult it is to schedule with this clinic. You need to call like 10 times, rarely get a call back, and they will cancel you, sending you back through the scheduling nightmare again. Just go anywhere else and save yourself the headache.
Almost impossible to arrange an appointment and they will reschedule you with less than 24 hours notice. Will spend at least half an hour on hold waiting to schedule as well
