Been on hold now for close to an hour and 40 min...just trying to make an appointment...this is absolutely ridiculous!!! No call back option at all...just to make an appointment!!!??? I mean come on!!!!!!
I have MRIs frequently. First OHSU's South Waterfront location is extremely easy to navigate. Staff at both South Waterfront & Marquam Hill are very professional & helpful.
The restroom needs expansion. One man pulled down pants all the way down at the single toilet. None of other men wanted to stay or line up there. It is nice to have multiple toilet. And need a sticker at the elevator button saying ‘do not press the button by the cain’. That is disgusting that the cain was everywhere and use it for buttons press. Other people will press the button by their own fingers. I was shocked for no manner behavior. The sticker may help.
Unfortunately, you wait hours on the line, and they have yet to answer the phone. I tried calling them the next day and the following, and the same thing happened.
Sometimes it can be busier however the staff are always just great. Nice waiting area etc.
