Donna was on her way home and realized OHSU was close by so I stopped in for my Xray that Dr Ermac ordered for carpel tunnel. The office worker validated may parking. Looking froward to the results hopefully a Cortizone injection.
By far the worst scheduling experience I've ever had, call to schedule, get ready to hold for an hour, automatic prompt messages "please continue to hold" even "try calling at a different time" I have zero faith in this part of OHSU
Horrible experience. Our appt was at 10:00 am. Arrived at 9:50. Waited in the waiting room until 10:40am. Went up to the front desk. The receptionist said it will be another 30 to 40 min wait. The 3 people that came in after us already got called back and we were still waiting! We asked to reschedule and she was very rude! This was Sunday morning on Oct 19th. Unprofessional and unacceptable. The appt was at diagnostic and imaging in the healing and wellness waterfront tower on the third floor.
Been on hold now for close to an hour and 40 min...just trying to make an appointment...this is absolutely ridiculous!!! No call back option at all...just to make an appointment!!!??? I mean come on!!!!!!
