This is one of the most awkward locations you check in at the bottom and still have to go upstairs both times that I've been here. I've had a wait time of 25 minutes after checking in. Not a good look for them and not sure why I would take that long to be seen. Overall, the providers here seem knowledgeable, but my most recent visit was not that great

Double check your email or they'll send your documents to strangers EVEN AFTER you call and let them know. VERY difficult to contact with answering services and "system generated/do not reply" emails. (I'm the one receiving emails from one of their patients)
I was nervous originally to get more skin cancer removed, and drove 2.5 hours to go to this clinic and see a new doctor. I am so glad I made the drive! Staff is wonderful and made a difficult situation not scary at all. Dr. Yu removed basal cells from the bridge of my nose and did an amazing job. He was very personable and listened to all my concerns and even pivoted easily when I mentioned an ongoing health diagnosis. I highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Yu!
