Edit: I am trying to report this incident per the response from OHSU and Natoya and her team (Jaime in particular) are actively holding information from me! This entire clinic is incredibly unprofessional. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Had to go here per insurance referral, Natoya Carruthers is a very dismissive and condescending provider. She is the worst doctor I've had the displeasure of interacting with in my life. Have not yet been there, but I needed to get an appt & they close at 430pm & I called at 429pm and so eone actually answered the phone & took the time to schedule me an appt & it wasn't too far out just a couple of weeks.
Update: Apparently this team’s Google admin cares more about my two star review than my experience. I left a detailed formal complaint to the email they asked me to email in their response to this review on the SAME DAY I left this review. It’s now Tuesday. No phone call. No email reply. No response to my request for the doctor who saw me to release my records to Providence for life saving treatment. All these guys want is your money and to treat you like a science experiment. Had an adverse reaction to medication and could not get ahold of my doctor for weeks. I understand there are bigger problems in the world but I do not feel this clinic provided me with the adequate care I needed as a patient.
Amy is absolutely wonderful. Bright, quiet, and spacious.
