I tryed callimg waited for ever No one ever answered the phone left message nobody even called me back this place sucks
I'm not a patient yet and apparently i never will be. They don't answer the phone (one hold for over 45 min) and later when i called again i was instructed to leave a message. I've tried on two separate days with the same result. I understand that docs are in short supply but please hire someone to answer the phone.
I am a current patient at this clinic. I’ve called 4 times in the last 16 business days to schedule with my providers. No one has called me back and I am beyond frustrated and angry. I had a terrible accident and a major surgery and I need to see the people I’m established with to help me navigate my pain at the Comprehensive Pain Center. I’m a former healthcare clinic manager.
