I’ve been waiting for a procedure for over three months. I have tried to call three times and have been left on hold for over 25 minutes each time.I have left messages and no one has ever called me back. This is beyond irresponsible.
I love the doctors I have seen here, but the follow through is absolutely abysmal. I was told I needed an iron infusion, but then it took 6 weeks after being told that for my Dr to actually put the order in, meanwhile my life fell apart. They will not answer the phone whatsoever and they take weeks to view my chart messages and weeks to respond to them after viewing. Now I’m waiting for my Dr to fill out important paperwork, and I’m likely to just have to take unpaid time off of work because of their lack of follow through. ... read more
Absolutely useless. Spent months trying to schedule with them, being told delays were due to insurance. After 9 weeks of this they tell me they aren’t accepting new patients with the diagnosis of “chronic pain”…at a pain management clinic…don’t waste your time trying to be seen here.
If what you're looking for is someone to manage your pain, don't bother going to this pain management clinic. I currently live with chronic pain that averages a 7/10 on a daily basis. The only thing they did for me was tell me to continue taking the two medications that I've been on for 2 years and 2 months respectively, and I've already expressed have done nothing to touch my pain. Agree with other reviews-- They don't ever answer the phone and if you leave a message, no one gets back to you. Disgraceful!
