I am a current patient at this clinic. I’ve called 4 times in the last 16 business days to schedule with my providers. No one has called me back and I am beyond frustrated and angry. I had a terrible accident and a major surgery and I need to see the people I’m established with to help me navigate my pain at the Comprehensive Pain Center. I’m a former healthcare clinic manager. Takes forever to get in with them, phones ring and no body answers. I think their phone systems don’t work correctly. On hold for 30 minutes. Go in to office and they are not busy. This department needs help. My opinion only.

I didn't feel heard or like they even cared about the fact I'm in misery on a daily. It also didn't feel like a safe space to hold a discussion. Only option I was given was injections or a pain psychologist. Injections are not safe and I have read many stories where pain was made worse by them. I want relief not added pain. There are also 3 recent articles where people were paralyzed by them. That's not a risk I'm willing to take. When receiving an appointment for my severe migraines it felt like a zoom call. Provider said he didn't specialize in migraines but Botox should work. After insurance battles with OHP I got approved, however, I cannot make an appointment because no one picks up.
