On 4/4/23 I had a routine post-op visit following cataract surgery. I have no complaints related to the actual surgery. My appointment was scheduled for 9:50. I arrived a few minutes early and was informed that the doctor was running late. I was in the waiting room until 11:18. At that time I was escorted into an exam room. I had a pressure check and my pupil was dilated. I was told that there were two patients ahead of me.
