I went seeking help for serious vision and safety concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were assumptive and dismissive, did not conduct a proper eye exam, and ignored the issues I clearly communicated. They refused to provide surgery and even accused me of seeking it for cosmetic purposes, despite the legitimate safety concerns I shared. I have had an eye condition for months. first I had a rash around my eyes for months. since at least October. they thought it was just an allergy. next, in January my eye had micro burns. which they just labeled as small holes in my eyes that became a corneal ulcer. this past week my other eye developed a hole in my eye. I also tried to explain other symptoms, like my nose running at the same time as my eye after I used my eye drops, or the fact the antibiotics caused my eye to burn like it did with those drops. but, they de... read more
