My dad had a stroke and was sent to Neuro ICU. The nurses didn’t seem to care or listen and took there time. A nurse trying to draw blood and missed several times refused to listen to suggestions. She had the tourniquet at the elbow while drawing from his ice cold hands. Refused to warm his hands! My dad almost fainted and had my mom not been in the room who knows when they would have found him. I was admitted to MICU in January 2025. Dr. Bailey, the nursing staff, residents, medical students, dietary and housekeeping services all deserve gold stars! I was treated with dignity, compassion, and respect during my stay. The only reason there are not 5 stars is because of the lack of bathrooms in pt rooms.Try the in house made granola, it is delicious!
Very disappointed with my experience here. Very lucky I lived through the stay. Avoid at all costs. Stay home with family. This is not medicine. God Bless
