I've already left feedback with the actual team. But I had a less than stellar experience when I was here for nearly a year. The living donor team treated me (a terminally ill patient) with little to no respect. They often even discouraged friends and family who wanted to donate from even applying. Most of the time it felt like I was more of a lab rat then a patient. The only saving grace was Shelby who was my nursing coordinator and she was fantastic. I just wish she would have had better support.
