Great Massage with Adam, Miss with Facial with Paula – Love spas! Recently had a gift certificate and finally got to use to it. Loved my massage with Adam. I was a bit nervous to have a massage by a guy as it was my first time, but it will definitely not be my last. Best Mani Pedis!!!! – Ohm spa not only has the sweetest staff, but their manicures and pedicures are amazing. As a person who regularly gets her nails done, I have never had a better experience. Other places always leave me unhappy with sloppy paint jobs. At ohm, I had meticulous filing and shaping of my nails and precision painting. Ada is amazing and knows exactly how I want my nails done. Best Facials – Recently had facial with Nadia at Ohm, and it was the best facial I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly a joy to be around. Unlike other facials I have had, Nadia never once criticized my skincare methods and tailored everything specifically to me. I will definetely be back.
Very Unhappy Experience with Paula – I really feel bad that I have to write this review as my previous facial with Nadia was a wonderful experience. still recommended, but disappointed at recent changes – Last weekend, I took my sister in to Ohm Spa after having a wonderful experience there with a girl friend of mine a few months ago. The service staff are delightful, friendly and the owner and his wife are very hands-on. Best Facials! – I have been going to Ohm spa to get facials with Paula for about 6 months. The spa is clean and all of the staff are really accommodating and friendly. Paula is especially great and makes you feel so comfortable. She is so gentle and thorough and pays close attention to detail. I have been to other places where they yell at you for not taking care of your skin and they are really rough. Paula gives advice about what to do for home care and it really works! Exceptional Service/Great Bachelorette Party – We held my BFF's bachelorette party here and we all had a fantastic time. I was able to book everything about a month in advance. I didn't realize the person who I had been working with was the co-owner of the spa until towards the end of our party. She was very helpful and considerate of our needs. Incredible aesthetics, warm, friendly service, amazing services. – It's only been recently that I have started to frequent spas in NYC (I am a male). Having been to a few, Ohm Spa is definitely the best that I have been to by far. The space is not cramped, but rather warm, and serene. Nadia amazing skill- best facial – I live in NY and have been to OHM spa twice so far. The first time I had the Manuka honey facial done by Nadia. My skin was in really bad shape at the time as I was going through some serious stress. Nadia was just amazing. Not only did she do a great job with the treatment itself, but she also took the time to go over some do's and dont's which were quite valuable.
