In a pinch to get a bday cake for our special needs daughter, they were patient and understanding of our situation. They made every accommodation we ever could have expected. So very pleased with their level of customer service. Great family business who understands the importance of special family events. Thank you!
This is how good Ohlson’s is. My wife and I were in Erie, PA for a wine tasting weekend and we drove 2 hours to pick up Kringle and the last chocolate eclair they had. I’m pretty sure we were their only customers from Michigan that day. How many other bakeries would you drive 2 hours to visit? Not only is everything I have ever had there scrumptious but the artful little touches they do to decorate the goodies makes them almost too beautiful to eat. Note I said ‘almost’ because nothing I get from there lasts long.
Finally had lunch at Ohlson's today. It was very good. Brought an eclair and a canoli home for desert, awesome. Marc and Lisa were busy making cakes. You have a very nice place!
They just made my daughters wedding cake this past weekend. It was so beautiful. It looked and tasted amazing we has three different layers the almond, chocolate marble and red velvet all with different fillings . We also added trays of brownies, elcairs, bars,cookies the guest went crazy over everything. There wasn't one complaint. We only had a few things left. So I would recommend them again. Thank you ohlson's for making a our day even better.
Another fabulous cake in the books! This one was for my daughter's 13th birthday. Great job on the "PINK" cake. Was delicious as well as the mini cupcakes and cookie tray we ordered.
Ohlson's is the best local bakery. Came in to order my sister's bday cake and was told they weren't accepting anymore orders for the holiday weekend (*internal freak out*). After I explained the type of cake (simple red velvet), they were sweet enough to take the order ! Then I bought my favorite raspberry danish and my morning was complete :) forever grateful !
Have to give huge KUDOS to Lisa and her team - they made me a Banana Split Cake that was phenomenal!!! It's not on their menu, though it should be and i hope they add it because i'll probably order another one :) I described what i wanted to Lisa and her team delivered beyond expectations. It was for my son's 21st birthday and I can't be more thankful or happy with what they gave me - it was more than just cake, it was that finishing touch that made the party complete. I moved to williamsville one year ago and this place is amazing! I've never had anything that wasn't delicious and their coffee is fantastic too! Not to mention it's 2 minutes from my house. 😊
