The nurses and other staff are very professional, kind, caring, compassionate, and very thorough. Dr. Battista is great. Other Drs could learn from him, especially with "bedside manners" behaviors. He really listens to his patients and also explains test results that the average person can understand through MRIs, x-rays, and spinal models. I would recommend him and his staff.
While I agree with the review of Dr. Crouch, his office is in Lexington and he is not in this office. The staff and care providers here are exceptional.
The receptionist was so sweet and helpful, the nurse was funny and personable, the medical assistant in the lab was really nice... however Dr. Couch was a jerk! He mocked my beliefs by saying "well science has proven this to work" then when I said well you have the right to believe that he said "well it's been medically proven". He was a clown and I'll never visit another Ohiohealth facility. He also told me I could have my labs done elsewhere. I've never been so disrespected by a so called professional in my life.
