I have pulsatile tinnitus in one ear. Which could be a vascular condition. I Had a MRA done showed I had moderate to severe stenosis in an subclavian artery. Went to dr pugar, and since my symptoms weren’t the same as normal symptoms he felt the MRA was artifact and wrong and I didn’t have anything wrong. He ordered Doppler and said it showed nothing.
