If I could give 0 stars I would. I NEVER leave bad reviews because I always believe in the fact people just have bad days. Not this time. My mother called 15 times from the ER room number, not from her cell number, and left me a voicemail to call the number back she’s calling from. I called back ONE minute after the last call, and an older lady answered, said very rudely “this patient had been discharged” and hung up. We've had 3 generations of family in the Ohio Heath Emergency Room in the past year. Each time the staff listened to our needs whether it was my dad's constant headaches or my sons recurring pancreatitis.

I will start by saying we did have a decently long wait, however it was faster than some other e.r.s I've visited. My main focus though is the fact we had a wonderful RN and physician tonight! They made a traumatic experience better by being so kind. Making sure I fully understood everything before they did anything!

They ignored ppl who needed to be seen! Some one who couldn't breath was put in the waiting room in stead of being put on oxygen. Another person who came in with chest pain was just put in the waiting room also! .... the staff don't know how-to tell real emergencies from urgent care!....
