If I could give zero stars I would. This review is based off of a conversation I heard my mother having with a staff member named HEIDI. My mother was in tears after her interaction with a this rude and disrespectful staff member. According to this office's policy, they are unable to take patients that are already established with other with other Endocrinologists.
