I am incredibly disappointed in this facility's patient care. I had a rheumatology appointment with Dr. Falls today at 1pm, which I had scheduled 8 months ago because that was the soonest they had openings. I live 30 minutes away, so I left my home with extra time seeing as I had never visited that area before. When I arrived, there was no parking - the main lot and parking garage were full - so I had to park on a side street and walk. If I could give zero stars I would. This review is based off of a conversation I heard my mother having with a staff member named HEIDI. My mother was in tears after her interaction with a this rude and disrespectful staff member. According to this office's policy, they are unable to take patients that are already established with other with other Endocrinologists.
