Dr. Lutz and her team are always very kind and take the time to educate me on what’s going on with my kitty. They’ve always been quick to get me an appointment or the medication I need for him when I call and the office is very friendly and clean! I highly recommend. My boy had an eye issue and after medicine for 24 hours it’s looking better!
Dr. Lutz is extremely caring and knowledgeable. She saved my senior dog's life more than once and helped us have a little more quality time together. She explains things well and clearly cares about the animals she treats.
So grateful for the loving care and excellent treatment all of our dogs have received at Ohio Valley Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Lutz is thorough, yet practical in her approach to the health of our pets. This week, she showed great foresight in referring us to OSU Veterinary Hospital and their team of Neurologists.
