The Drs here are absolutely wonderful they made sure everything went well and that I was ok.
**GO TO THE HIGHLANDS BRANCH** Im a melanoma survivor. I have been in remission for 23 years, underwent several surgeries, and spent a year on interferon. Recently I had concerns about a mole on my back. I went into my appointment and my doctor told me SHE doesn't see any mole. (Like I made it up?) I called the highlands office to get a 2nd opinion and was there a 11 days later and not only did they remove the mole I was concerned about but removed a SECOND mole that appeared high risk. After waiting over a month, after seeing 3 drs at 4 different offices over a 3 week period, finally I got my daughter (4) in. I unfortunately and accidentally ended up at the wrong office and. After apologizing several times for the mix up, the receptionist smarted off to me. She then complained to me about how another office put my daughter's insurance in wrong (as if I can control that). My husband has been an established patient for years. I called to see about getting him a refill and possibly an antibiotic which the doctor told him when he saw her in December to call if needed. Remind you he has a followup appointment in October. I was told that they would not call him in any prescriptions because he has not been seen recently.
