AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I never write reviews (this is my first ever actually), but I have also never had such a poor experience. Dr Katie spent less than five minutes with my daughter and put a tiny drop of “medicine” on her finger. We were told it would blister and pop - this was Monday. By Friday, not a single thing had changed with her finger, so I called and told them. The office in Triadelphia is run with efficiency and kindness. Deanna at reception checked in patients quickly. Jillian and her partner were personable, competent, and thoroughly explained what to expect during pre-procedure. Justin Thrush was kind, at ease, which put me at ease, and, very proficient. He even called and checked on me at home, which was an extra demonstration of care that I did not expect.
