Recently I began the process of looking into Masters Programs, and considered Ohio University. That consideration was short lived due to their staff. They call you EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. to “help” with your application or registration as if I didn’t apply to my undergrad and register for classes for 4 years. If I need help, I promise I will ask. The sprawling campus, combined with natural beauty, sufficient space, yet idyllically private in its feel.
I’m near retirement now after a rewarding career. The education I received at OU and hard work has served me well. Still have fond memories of this special place in southern Ohio. Wide open spaces and the freedom to be. A different and more rewarding experience than big city schools.
If you are looking for that home away from home at a college, then OU is the place to be! There are so many opportunities yet it's settled in a quaint town! My child loves it at Ohio University! He chose it over Ohio State University!
