I will keep warning people about this business. I filed in court but sent the petition to the wrong division. It was sent back with a letter from the judge stating why he sent it back and closed the case. I will still be pursuing this matter. I feel sorry for anyone that has gone thru what I went through. I wish i could get everyone to listen and not buy from these guys. My husband and I are starting a new business. So we went to Ohio truck sales to look for a truck. We found a truck and started the process and purchased the truck. So we drove from New York to Ohio over a 7 hour drive one way to pick up the truck. We get there and they was issues with the truck and we couldn’t take it home so we are out a day off work and hotel and gas for nothing. Wanted to come on here and warn my fellow truck drivers regarding a truck sales business, please do your due diligence when wanting to purchase a truck from Ohio Truck sales. We regret not doing the research before going to their lot. After our visit and disappointment, we started looking up information on this location and come to find out it is common practice for them. Ansley the sales manager will twist the words of the ads to her liking. Wet line kit means to them only a hydraulic tank. Wrong in every language. Hope at one person benefit from this and don’t get robbed
