I was a 57 year old woman with Ecoli. I also had a very rare asthma. My immune system was very bad die to the high doses of prednisone I was on. I was so very sicko called ambulance from Gahanna and this is where they took me to ER. At 3 or 4 am the Doctor comes in to wake me up and told me I could go. I was released. I couldn’t breathe so asked for a breathing treatment.. Had to argue with him to get one. I ended up with one that helped my breathing still very sick. I took a Uber home. I received a bill this month (March) for something that supposedly took place in April of 2018. There is a statement on the bill indicating that they deliberately delayed sending out my statement because they were improving their technology and "patient experience" and wanted to wait until the update was completed. What "update" takes 11 months? There is also no indication that they ever submitted anything to my insurance company.
