Mark and his team were very responsive. My wife and I would highly recommend Ohio State Landscaping and Mark's team. On the one day that they could not come (due to rain), Mark and Ramona were proactive in letting us know that they would not be coming out that day, and they did let us know when the project would begin again.During the initial visit, Mark listened to what we wanted to accomplish with our landscaping needs and wants. He then came back to us with ideas that matched our needs and budget."

This customer's work was done in stages in a few years to make it affordable to complete a wonderful yard for a big family gathering for this year.

I would like to add to John's comments. I was quoted a job in July of 2020 and was told they would complete this project in September of 2020. I had to call several times to confirm they were still doing the job. I was given a start date after start date. I was also told on several occasions that they would be there on certain days. They never showed or a called. I continued to call and I was told they wanted the job and would complete as recently as this past April of 2021. John, sorry for the delay on your landscape project but unfortunately the unprecedented weather can delay our schedule. 2019 had historical rainfall in May and June. Mark made a dramatic plan to update the front of my house and the work began a week ago removing all the old stuff and cleaning up the debris and then the planting began. I wanted to make a few changes and they were willing to listen patiently and added their input so that we came up with a new pleasing arrangement. The staff was very easy to talk over things with and were neat in cleaning up when finished. It changed the whole look of my home.

Landscapers that came out were very professional. I explained to them what I wanted, and they proceeded to make it happen. The work was done in a timely manner, and they made sure to clean up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping done right.

You can really tell that the team at Ohio State Landscaping loves what they do. I was blow away by not only their customer service, but also their beautiful design. I received an estimate on 4/12/18 for 15 step spring clean up with Ohio State Landscaping. I signed and returned the estimate with a $450 deposit (they have not cashed my check). Fast forward to 9/5/18. My spring clean up was never done. I called biweekly and was told, when someone answered the phone, that it was a rough spring and they would be out soon. The last voice mail I received was yesterday 9/4/18 saying they would be out on Friday. I don't need a spring clean up NOW. If anyone chooses to do business with this compa... read more

We are truly sorry for the long delay this customer experienced. We truly value our customer service and look forward to doing great work for our customers. However, we have to work around the weather. The weather this spring was unseasonably cold and wet causing the spring schedule to get pushed over to the summer. This customer did decide to go ahead and have us do the work that was contracted. She had paid in full and was pleased with the workers and work done. We were told by her that she will update her review.
I highly recommend this company, they did a fantastic job on my yard!! Such polite workers too. I could not be happier!
