Little pricey
Patti scherer did what I never thought in a million years would occur. She was able to sell my house. After 14 months on the market as real estate by owner and a another large firm, patti took over and from day one was determined to get me out of a bad situation. Even though the closing stressed me out through all the delays, patti always stayed professional. I would definitely recommend her to anybody. She was absolutely amazing and worked very hard to make this deal go through no matter what.
