Bryan sexually harassed my daughter while she was a tenant. She was afraid to go to her apartment for fear he'd be in her apartment waiting for her. I spoke with him and he denied it and aggressively threatened to sue us for defamation of character. This didn't stop the harassment. WE eventually had to leave before the lease was up. Of course, Bryan refused to let us leave early and kept our deposit.
terrible landlord and not a good person at all- doesn't care if rental is unsafe or in disrepair, never even cleans or paints in-between old tenant and new. A complete jerk

John has to be one of the worst people I've ever met. Don't rent from this psychopath. He will make the smallest repair to the property you have rented. It will take months to be handled. He'll try to find a way to fuck you over at every turn. Rent from ANYONE else.
John Wharton is the spawn of Satan. If I was his mother, I would be disgusted and horrified that I gave birth to such a putrid and terrible human being. John is single handedly the worst POS I have ever dealt with in my life. I will attend his funeral on the day he dies solely so I can celebrate and pop champagne. This man is the absolute scum of the earth and I would not save him if he was on fire and I was standing with a fire hose.
Wish there was an option for negative stars. One word to describe John Wharton: DIRTBALL. Never rent through them as they will take your money and invade your privacy.
My Daughter rented from them this year. This is a terribly run organization. Brian has harassed my daughter on multiple occasions. He has entered the apartment without proper notice and harassed her by pounding on her room door and screaming at her. This is not only really creepy but illegal. My advice is to stay clear of this organization.
Would do no stars if I could. This man is a manipulative, careless asshole. We pay over 60 grand and can't get our walls painted or locks that work even though we've already been here for months. He is a rude, disgusting, money-stealing fuck wad. Hope karma bites you in the ass fucker.
