Most cleaners use way too much water, taking your carpet hostage all day. We use very little moisture, and in most cases, before we pull into our next appointment you are able to have your carpet back! They came and cleaned my sectional sofa as well as my living room carpet. My stuff wasn't overly dirty, but it had a slight odor from being in storage. They got out the odor on my sectional and did good on the carpet. It only took like 30 minutes to dry. I gave 5 stars for it drying so fast. They did this over 3 months ago and it still smells good and looks clean!
I have several rugs, most of them sit on my new wood floors! So they took them off site to clean them. My 12x12 had pet related issues that they identified with a black light. Long story short they smell and look amazing! These people are awesome, and about as friendly as they come. They picked them up Friday and had them back to me on Monday. Highly recommend
