I have taken both of my children here since birth - even after moving to Lebanon! They have been wonderful. Dr. Mary Pipik and Lida King CPNP are so wonderful and I have had great experiences with Dr. Ramsey, too. Waits on the phone can be long and Dr. Gresham has no people skills, but I am very confident in their ability to take care of my kids.
I have been going to this practice for over 10 years now. I think the docotrs and staff are wonderful. There are some times that you have to wait, but it is just like any other doctors office. I would recomend this practice to anyone.
Unfortunately wait time over my past 5 visits have been close to 1 1/2 - 2 hrs to get in & out. Not sure what the issue is but certainly not a one time thing. I like that the practice has so many Drs available for appts when needed & someone on call at Childrens. However, waiting in a small room for over an hr with a 2, 5 & 6 year old is no fun!
The doctors offer quality care. The nurses are over-worked and rude. The office staff is highly disrespectful to patients with no respect for patient privacy.
I would have given them 5 stars just 2 years ago but a string of bad experiences in the last 1 1/2 brings me to a 1. Seems to have gone down hill at record pace since they expanded their offices. The major gripe is with office staff and one of the Drs. We will be exiting this practice very soon! Staff is rude and slow. Cannot seem to get in and out of the place in under 1 hr no matter what the appointment is for routine or not.
