Did not receive the vehicle that I was told to request while speaking with the representative . I was celebrating my birthday and ordered this limo with the anticipation of it being what I’m used to . No door service . No knowledge of how to work the controls . Dirty windows , trash receptacle had trash in it along with the rear window . Our driver , a nice gentleman indeed but not capable of the job details that are required for the amount of money invested in the trip .
