My dress turned out beautiful and took very little time getting back to me. I was updated regularly and I am very happy!

Tricia was excellent to work with. I live over an hour from her and she would come down and meet me to get my dress and drop it off. Any questions I had she was quick to respond and even did a custom monogram for me with two colors! One thing I loved was that she handled my dress. I had called several local places and they all ship my dress and I didn't like that. It was nice knowing my dress was in good care and I didn't have to worry about it getting lost in the mail or anything.
I had a great experience with Ohio Gown Preservation. Tricia was very responsive and flexible with drop off. I am happy with how she cared for the gown.
