10/10 service and product. Tricia was great to communicate with and made the process easy and convenient. My dress was filthy from having an outdoor wedding and it came out spotless! I'm so glad I decided to have it preserved with her!
This review is coming extremely late but I can confirm that the preservation process has held up beautifully for over 2 years now! Tricia was so easy to work with, and responsive when I had concerns about very dark stains on the bottom of my train. You can see from the picture how hard she worked to remove them. The service exceeded my expectations and the monogram is such a nice touch. Thank you!
So very thankful I found Ohio Gown and that I didn't listen to other people telling me to use a big box place like david's bridal. Tricia was thoughtful, caring, professional, and organized. She answered all of my questions and gave me great info. She even offered to pick up my dress from me since I live an hour from her. I picked up my gown from Trisha last week and couldn't be more happy with her service! I got married in November of 2021 and waited almost 5 years to get my dress preserved. I was a little nervous about this as it had some stains I was worried about. She ensured me they would clean the dress as many times as necessary and that it would look brand new!
