Rude staff on the phone.
Came in to use after hours clinic. Wonderful, caring & personable staff. Lots of available parking. I'm super impressed with the whole experience! Scheduled same day appt easily after speaking to a nurse for triage.

the whole rest of the staff is incredibly nice and very helpful, besides courtney bennett. i have never felt so put down by a doctor. normally i go to jen diaz and she is amazing and super kind. i went to courtney today because i was in a car accident recently and she was so mean. i couldn’t remember a lot because i hit my head in the accident and she was getting very frustrated with me and asking why i don’t remember. it got to the point where i was in tears and she asks me with an attitude “why are you crying” like i was t... read more
