This week I contacted them for an acute constipation I have been having for almost 2 weeks. I had gone a few days before to a virtual visit through my insurance and he told me to contact my provider for follow up and possible x-ray if problem was not solved by his indication. When I was able to talk to the desk person at Ohio Family practice Dr. Sabin (or Cynthia Taylor) sent me the indications to do, which I followed exactly, and said to do it for one day only and if it didn't work then to call back to send me to an x-ray. ... read more
To my pleasant suprise.... I received a call from the office, who read the review (below), to address the issue and apologize. I was asked for more information so they could determine the next best steps to correct this issue and (hopefully) eliminate this type of occurrence. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but we must avoid allowing our "day day" to affect our work performance. These guys are way too busy. Needed to see a doctor, and they told me it would be six weeks. I’ve been a patient for five years. Was told my doctor is don dierra. In those five years, I’ve only seen a medical assistant. Not even sure if that doctor exists. Both me and my girlfriend went elsewhere. There’s nothing but a bunch of idiots trying to run this place.
Five stars don’t seem like enough. Dr. Sabin is brilliant with a heart of gold. My husband and I have been going to her for a few years and my son Tre has been seeing her since he was born. She’s incredibly patient with my new momma questions, and spends time explaining each diagnosis. We are so blessed to have her as our doctor!
