Everything about this electric company sucks. From the website not working often and hard to navigate, to the reminders of your bill not going through or autopay not taking the money out and not notifying you of that so you get late fees or your bills pile up if you forget to check, to their litterally being a fee on ANY type of online pay whether it’s debit, credit, or even a bank account transfer. Literally everything sucks, there are no pros.
This company is predatory and abusive and a vast majority of the employees are as well. I called my district rep about consumer protections for utility companies like this because I’m horrified I and so many others have NO option but to deal with these clowns as the only distributor.
I'm paying on a old tenant bill that lived here previously jus because I knew them and they used my name as references. They just moved to Mansfield from Cleveland and moved back house was unoccupied for months before I moved in and now I'm stuck paying their old bill plus mine
