The Auto-Billing is evidently a lie. Enrolled in the auto-pay, got a confirmation email confirming I’ve enrolled in the autopay, and now have a shut off notice with late fees. Absolute garbage service from customer service.
Absolutely predatory company. Turned off our power with no notice due to not having an inspection for our breaker box on file, no big deal. Then for the next FIVE days were absolutely unreachable, as they sent us back and fourth between offices. They ignored the several work requests from the city, and they didn’t turn on our power until we filed a complaint with PUCO and they started an investigation. If you’re able to use another electric company, I highly recommend doing so.
Worst company ever. Can’t contact customer support and the bill goes up about $20 every month even tho I’m on the equal payment plan. Wouldn’t recommend.
Dumbest electric company on earth no heads up nothing they need to be shut down sombody needs to do something
Can’t get ahold of anyone called more than 5 times never get called back. Go to the company for them not to do anything. I payed $160 deposit fee that somehow didn’t go through yet I have receipts won’t give my money back. My electric got shut off.
