Terrible customer service
Until transparency improves and accountability translates into real savings, Ohioans remain stuck in a system where the consequences of corruption continue to land squarely on the people least responsible for it: the consumers. HB6 is the worst dark money scandal the state has ever seen. Half the accountability fell on a dead man. And consumers will only see 67$ returned to them. Why does it take 2-5 business days to restore power in Ashland county. Slowest company ever!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. If you have a power outage and want to be without power for multiple days with no real updates on when your service will be restored, then this is the electric company for you.
