Can’t get ahold of anyone called more than 5 times never get called back. Go to the company for them not to do anything. I payed $160 deposit fee that somehow didn’t go through yet I have receipts won’t give my money back. My electric got shut off.
Website and app never work. Very long wait time when calling.
Shut off electric during the hottest week of June in the 90s with barking dogs inside the house. Issue was due to autopay billing issue on their end, they could not explain what happened. Purchased a $1500 generator to save $1000 plus in food and not kill my dogs. Was not a money issue on our end. They did not care at all, never called one time as a warning.
