This office has been one of the most unprofessional medical practices I’ve ever dealt with. For months I tried to get a simple referral completed and a small billing issue resolved, but what should have been straightforward turned into weeks of unanswered emails, ignored voicemails, and careless mistakes. At every turn, I had to chase the office to do the most basic tasks, only to be met with inaccurate paperwork, disrespectful communication, or no communication at all. Unresponsive and a waste of time. Initially I sent a text message through their website to schedule a visit and didn’t receive a response. I then called the office on two separate occasions and left voicemails with my contact info. Weeks later and I still haven’t heard from their office.
Dr. Ravitskiy is the most pleasant Dr. and individual you will find. I have been seeing her for over 20 yrs.She is top notch in plastic surgery. I have had approx. 10 Mohs surgeries - several in my face and you can hardly see any evidence of them. Call to make an appointment soon. You won’t be disappointed.
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The doctor is never in a hurry and takes time to listen and take care of each skin problem. So thankful to have had her and I really miss her
Dr.Ravitsky removed a melanoma from my nose and reconstructed the bottom half from skin on my forehead 16 years ago. It turned out very successful and I have seen her twice a year for skin checks since then. I will miss her when she leaves town. Jere Morrow Szabo
