Their sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism is completely lacking. Our project was significantly delayed because the equipment was delivered with an existing malfunction, and it took them hours to respond to an emergency call. After all that, the technician still couldn’t fix the equipment. I do not recommend relying on them.
We have rented lifts from Kris since we started. The equipment is always ready to go, service is no frills and reliable. Our needs change quickly, and Kris has always been there to help us out. Great asset to my painting business.
